Bill Cipriani graduated from West Virginia University in 1980 with a B.S. in Journalism. He received his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 1983. Upon admission to the West Virginia Bar Association, he began practicing law under mentor G. Charles Hughes of Moundsville, WV, where he was able to develop and refine his trial advocacy and litigation skills. Bill has over 30 years of experience serving clients throughout northern West Virginia. He has served as the City Attorney for the City of Wellsburg since 2006 and also serves as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Brooke County. In 2013, Bill was appointed by Governor Earl Ray Tomblin to the West Virginia Parkways Authority Board.

Andrew (A.J.) Thomas graduated from West Virginia University in 2011 with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Sociology and Philosophy. He received his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 2014, where he received a CALI award for excellence in the study of Elder Law, and graduated in the top one-third of his class. A.J. is from Wellsburg, WV, and graduated from Brooke High School in 2007.  A.J. focuses his time on serving clients needing assistance in Asset Protection and Medicaid Qualification for Nursing Home Care, Estate Planning, Wills, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Transfer on Death Deeds, Elder Law, Estate Administration, and Property Law. AJ is an approved real estate closing attorney for several local and national banks, including WesBanco, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Quicken Loans, PNC, Main Street Bank, USAA, and many more. He currently serves as Fiduciary Commissioner for Brooke County, where he oversees the administration of decedents’ estates and provides recommendations to the County Commission concerning estate disputes.

Aaron J. Caviani graduated from The Ohio State University in 2009 with a B. A. in Music. He received his J. D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 2014, where he served clients with claims for Veterans assistance, Social Security, and family law disputes in the Clinical Law Program. Aaron focuses his time serving clients with oil and gas lease negotiations, oil and gas litigation, mineral sales, mineral title examinations, right of way agreements, royalty disputes, surface use agreements, real estate, as well as divorces, bankruptcy, wills and trusts, formation of limited liability companies (LLC), corporations, and partnerships.
